Hi Everyone,

Bug fixes, combat and quality of life tweaks for you.

Requires DB Beta 573+

Improvements:

Trinity 2.13.75 - changes since 2.13.62


  • Barbarian
    • Added checkbox to force always WW for movement on non-BK builds.
    • Added Slider to set the range to stop WW for picking up items/interacting.
  • Monk
    • Added settings 'Non-Stop Blinding Flash' and 'Non-Stop Inner Sanctuary'
    • Static Gen monk should now make better use of the .75 proc rate of the first hit of WotHF (Jubisman - thanks shewmanylj and AdamLee147)
    • Fixed monk not using Dashing Strike OOC when Ingeom was equipped (jubisman)
  • Wizard
    • Added Black Hole logic for the new Archon buildless (jubisman)
    • Teleport - Calamity should now be cast OOC if the user chooses to (jubisman)
    • Reworked settings UI a bit (jubisman)
  • DemonHunter
    • Preparation Punishment should be cast a lot more often now (jubisman)
    • Added some checks to avoid Strafing into AoE like it's going out of fashion. (jubisman)
    • Lowered minimum Vault delay to 200 ms (jubisman)
  • Combat
    • Remade ClearArea behavior when trying to use a portal spell.
    • Unit ignore settings should no longer prevent corrupt growths from being destroyed.
    • Bot should recognize that things are dead, used or destroyed much faster
    • Added experimental Bane of the Stricken snapshotting support (Settings -> Combat -> Misc) (jubisman, xzjv)
  • Weighting
    • Removed auto-ignoring of solitary trash enemies (jubisman)
    • Fixed cluster radius not being checked properly in units nearby calculation (jubisman, xzjv)
    • TrashInRangeOfUnit now counts trash near other trash, instead of near the player (jubisman - thanks bombastc!)
    • Fixed bot not ignoring trash mobs when trying to TP if Health/DoT criteria were met (jubisman)
    • Increased door weight when units are behind them ahead of kill all max distance weight.
    • Removed some more things that were setting weight to 100 for no clear reason
  • Items
    • ItemList: Armor property should now be checked properly
    • Added deaths breath pickup checkbox to Items> Pickup > Misc Pickup Options
    • ItemList: Added Max: Arcane Power, Discipline, Fury, Mana, Spirit, Wrath (Jubisman)
    • ItemList: Added Chance on hit to: Blind, Freeze Immobilize, Stun (Jubisman)
  • Other
    • Gems: added missing Bane of the Stricken to Gems.cs (jubisman)
    • Bot shouldn't get stuck on demonic forges as much.
    • Added warning on town run backpack space slider
    • Added warning on itemlist panel when Itemlist is not the current rules engine.
    • Fixed Dashing Strike unknown TVar error
  • Technical
    • Added helper class for tracking 'Snapshots'.
    • Added Gizmo mode for Attributes test
    • Fixed sliders to 1 decimal place
    • Snapshot slider is hidden when option is off.
    • Developed a way to know which spells are being cast by player (detecting portal/waypoint/teleport).
    • Excluded ProgressionGlobes from LowPriorityCache
    • Units are now refreshed in the cache even when combat is disabled.
  • Future/InProgress
    • Phelon has been spending a huge amount of time refactoring weighting.cs, hoping it will be in next version.
    • [3x] Rebuild CacheUI and RadarUI into one window with lots of new features.
    • [3x] Targetting/Weighting now runs off the UI and saved for each routine.

Recommended Plugins\Profiles


  • For bounties i recommend you check out the Adventurer plugin!
  • Check the Plugins\Trinity\Plugins\ folder for Cow and Goblin level Profiles

How to Update.

It is best to do a 'fresh install' for all new plugin versions. Go into the plugins folder and delete Trinity and other plugins you intend to update. Download new version of your plugins and extract them to the plugins folder. This ensures that there are no old files which could cause conflicts.

There is an issue with DB's auto updater not replacing trinity properly; if you encounter issues after updater has run. Try DELETE your old plugins\trinity folder and then use the new version attached to this post below.

About Istvans Healer NOT Skipping Packs if Epiphany ISN'T active.

@xzjv hey there, would u mind taking a look on my issue if u haven't already...

It's about the Monk Healer (Istvans) without Epiphany active he won't move pass mob packs (won't skip if the mob pack is bellow the minimum) and he wont attack (which is supposed not to, he should be skipping this pack). I've tried everything I can I'm pretty sure it has something to do with Inna's set (because I've tried on my SC Monk with the same skills selected (without epiphany) and he behaves properly (as possible))... On the DB's status bar it shows him changing targets like crazy, just move back and forth.

Anyways, heres a breakdown, without Epiphany active it won't skip mob packs. He will move back and forth over and over.

Build: http://www.diablofans.com/builds/66301-generator-healing-monk (with a XP twist (Leoric's Helmet, Born's Shoulders, Born's Pants))... And Crippling Wave (Tsunami) in place of WotF and NDE in place of Alacraty. Rest is the same.

It's quite annoying for Higher GRs like 67+ since we have to skip packs bellow 10 mobs (at least 10) and we got skip elites for speed run, otherwise whats the point.

That's about it, I've got another post about that I think is more extensive with others issues << (I've fixed Inner Sanctuary and Mystic Ally issues on MonkCombat.cs). https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demon...13-62-questtools-3-5-13-a-17.html#post2091851

But helping me out with this Non-Epiphany one, which is kinda messing me up pretty good, I really would appreciate.

Using revision 212 and 220, both with the same problem... With fresh install quite a few times...

I saw a post somewhere why u said you had a fix for monks being stuck when being blocked by mobs - when trying to attack a mob behind them - Is this one in this one aswell? I am playing HC, So I just wanted to be sure before starting playing my Static monk =)

I don't get it. The build you linked to doesn't use Epiphany.

It is, but it's not guaranteed to work. I was planning on writing something to make the bot always hold on to one charge of dashing strike so that it can dash away when it's being blocked by mobs.

I don't know how else to explain it...

And it's really bad, like for real, it messes it all up... And its way above my knowledge, other little things that were messing it up I managed to fix on MonkCombat.cs like the inner sanctuary and mystic ally to better suit the needs of a full group, but this epiphany thing is beyond my knowledge...

Let me know if u still can't understand...

I'm getting some really big FPS drops now. Only thing I've changed was trinity. I don't know why but I went from 40-60 down to 5-20.

Note: Newer stuff on SVN will not work unless u have unreleased DB version so don't try it.
thanks for pointing it out, i don´t wanna increase the amount of work, but would it be possible to add a tag or note to releases which are not considert for the "public"?

Got it. I'm seeing it here too. Let's hope I can figure this one out.


edit: yeah, found the cause. And guess what? It was my fault too!

Should be fixed in the next version. Thanks for the bug report mate.

I can't figure out what is dropping my fps. I've fresh installed everything. Problem persists. No av interfering. I've looked over everything in trinity and don't see what could be the issue.
 
HOTA barb seems really clunky. Any reason why it doesn't seem to be attacking with HOTA as fast as it can? When I play the HOTA barb manually I never have a CD on WOTB. Seems like the bot always does though. Is there an attack delay setting somewhere for HOTA?

What is your ingame FPS (ctrl+r to see) and how many TPS (ticks) are you getting in demonbuddy

Between 95 and 140 fps. Demon buddy says around 6-7 ticks per sec. That's strange because I have ticks per second modification enabled and the slider set to 18.

Yeah before I could use with my WD no problem, but now I can't use at all. Fps is less than 30, average around 10. TPS for me 5-15 last run, no matter how high I set the TPS in trinity. I play without Demonbuddy and 60 fps solid.
