Partial logs isn't as useful as a full log :)

I just came here to complain about the same thing... I just want to farm Death's Breath and my monk keeps attacking trash even though I set it like yours.

Need better priority on Death's Breath because my bot will zip around with Dashing Strike and will not pick them up until combat is over. If it happens to be too far it forgets where some dropped and never goes back to pick them up.

Using the latest beta of DB, and Trinity. Bot will just stand around in an explosion and die. I happened to be watching it, so I stopped the bot immediately after, and have attached the related log file. I'm hoping this is just a setting that can easily be modified, as I left most settings at default upon install. Please advise how I can avoid this. It happens quite frequently. Thank you so much.

Default = Far from optimal. Though my bot also just stands still sometimes, changing the settings to fit your build and class helps alot.

You should check the guides forums for optimal settings for your class

Ex:
https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demon...itch-doctor-gr61-season-4-100-unattended.html

https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demon...m-build-385-movement-speed-3-million-dps.html

is sort stash working for anyone? its not working for me

I'm not familiar with it, but i know if you put all crafting mats, hellfire machines, organs ect in the last tab that's the default place for it. I think it'll also drop follower items in there too.
Then keep the 1st and 2nd tab clear for item drops

Mostly everything else works like a champ, but she refuses to avoid explosions and lazers. She'll literally fight a mob right in them. or just stand there like a dumb shit, taking tons of damage and die. I want to specifically avoid this.\

Plus, she's a caster... why is she face-tanking stuff?

In misc combat settings change to the following:
Path around aoe: checked
Attempt to avoid aoe: checked
Avoid Savage beast charge: checked
Avoid aoe out of combat: checked
Kite to death: unchecked
Attack mobs in aoe: unchecked (not sure about this one, since if you're out of range of the aoe and the mob stands in it, you wont be attacking it.)
Avoid fire chains: unchecked. (since its not alot of dam)

This "setup" should keep you from being in aoe if possible, though unless you change the settings in Items-Pick up (Ignore item situations) to make the bot ignore everything, it will walk in and out of aoe to try to pick it up and you will die sometimes if you have low toughness.

The only other change i can think of is increasing the values in you class settings bottom (radius for avoid aoe).

That's all i got buddy, hope it will help

ekolan, it's not a problem of changing the settings. It's well known that trinity is not working ok with the avoid stuff.

First of all I want to thank jubisman, tarasbulba, xzjv, and all the rest who work so hard that we can enjoy a great bot as demonbuddy. In general, demonbuddy works great. We can do a lot of things: rifts, grifts... farm materials, infernal machines, ubber organs... goblin realm... Every new version adds more features and improves old ones.

But at this point I really think it's time to focus on improving actual features, specially trinity ones:

- The avoid system is simply NOT working. It does'nt matter that we check options to avoid AoE, or increase the radius in avoid options. The bot simply does not try to avoid, or the few times it does, it avoids so bad that it gets killed. I'm not an expert, but I think if it's not possible to set the bot to mantain the character ALWAYS in the radius we set. For example: if I configure the option "minimum trash mob pack" to 3, and the "ignore trash further away than" to 40, I want that my bot does exactly THAT: when in the radius of 40 yards, anytime that there are 3 or more mobs, my character must kill them AND IN RANGE (if it's a range character). And then, you can add exceptions like goblins, elites, etc...

- Add more options to the character's combat settings. Crusader options as "use falling sword off CD", for example. And also improve combat behaviour. For example, my WD with zombie bears build, casts piranhado and then uses wall of death outside the piranhado. The trick is to use piranhado to atract the mobs and then cast wall of death on the piranhado to take advantage of the damage bonus. It makes no sense to cast piranhado and then wall of death in other part of the screen. Hammerdin crusader with hex pants on kanai's cube, does not move while attacking with blessed hammer. It should be: throw hammer then move, throw hammer then move...

- Combat needs to be improved in a lot of situations. My uliana's monk sometimes is surrounded by mobs and does not attack them because it seems to be trying to reach another mob or elite in the corner of the screen. Normally that situation means death and losing time.

2.13.60 seems to give too much priority to trash mobs.

After killing elite, bot doesn't wait the loot drop and already charging into the next packs and don't come back to pickup the loot (even if I put the wait for loot drop delay after kill at 1500ms)

Once in a while I get items the bot does not identify and immediately salvages... it will say this:

Eye of Etlich [Amulet_norm_base_flippy-1119112] [Amulet] = ItemListCheck=TRASH
Spirit Stone [Helm_norm_base_flippy-1130690] [SpiritStone] = ItemListCheck=TRASH
Enchantress Focus [JewelBox_Flippy-1145847] [FollowerEnchantress] = ItemListCheck=TRASH
Rondal's Locket [Amulet_norm_base_flippy-1119255] [Amulet] = ItemListCheck=TRASH

Notice how it just says "Spirit Stone" or "Enchantress Focus" and considers it trash. This is a clean install. PM me for log, it's too big to attach here.

Edit: Here is the log. View attachment 5320 2015-10-20 03.09.zip

I noticed this as well. I just like to think "at least I'm not the one grinding" :P

These threads really should get stickied... It would make it so much easier to find

I apologize in advance over how dumb this question might be. When I installed Demonbuddy yesterday it told me that Trinity was outdated. It sent me to 2.13.35 which I downloaded which lead to the bot working very fine. Today I was browsing for ways to get the bot to efficiently use Kadala which is how I found this thread.

Question is:
>Requires DB Beta 2636.571+
Is this Trinity version in beta since it requires the db beta? Is it somewhat unstable? (Read a few comments) and regardless of that. Is there a way to make the bot effectively use Kadala/gambling atm? Thanks
