HElP please issue with payment (Someone from HB TEAM)

I cant believe that , i'm tring to solve my problem with my accont there are 1 month and a half by suporte (https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/requests?filter=solved) and i didnt solve yet

i had been sent my Passport (print) cuz support said i was in blacklist (wtf?) ,and for me wait 6 hours ok i wait 2 days when i try to buy buddy shopp i cant , they said my credit is denied but i can buy everything on sites and paypal , i did a test on honnorbuddy i just buy a key with another email adress and i got the key .

Someone help me i dont know what i do

i dont believe support payment can help me :mad:

i'll give up last time support did me wait 14 hours to change stats to "solved" and didnt say nothing

Patience is the trick. You are not the only one asking for support and support does not work 24/7.
If your issues is not solved within 72 hours please ask them kindly again to check your email/ticket.
Like Tony said, forum support can't help.

No kidding. I cannot see that it is two month already because - like said - forum support cannot check payments or stuff related to the store.
So I can understand your frustration but this is the wrong place and posting here will not speed up anything.
The only thing (while I do not know details about the issue) you can do is creating a support ticket or send an email to [email protected] for payment related issues.
Two months sounds indeed very much. Can't believe this. Back Office is normally much much faster (<72 hours workdays).
So I can only imagine info is missing, communication problem or other issue. Go on contacting them and I am sure they will fix things for you.
