Key Bot - Infernal Keys farmer

great one except for monk with dashing strike. got 100+ keys with my other 2 toons and the monk got like 20 keys today.

Do i Need any other plugins or specific settings before i can load the profile?
Its a frech new install without any settings

Nope, just the Trinity fork and the profile.

ya, you need the 1.0.9.6

but still the question: where i can set the difference between the key amount now?

You are better off using the newest version, 1.0.9.8, since it has some more Inferno fixes.

my barb can use WW out of combat smoothly but stop and just stand still when he found the warden. How can I fix it? It cant use CotA at the start of the game too

My barb doesnt cast ancients until he comes into contact with the key warden. It used to cast in town before even starting tho.

Yeah, it's really annoying that it doesn't cast CotA when it zones into the game/map. Slows runs down significantly since it gets Fury starved a lot quicker.

Edit: BuddyMe, I found another area where it got stuck for a while, this time in A2. It ran in tight circles on the spot for a while, and probably would have continued had I not stopped it (note the Run Timer on both images). I attached a log just in-case.

Edit 2: I found a curious bug where it wrongly recorded key statistics. The screenshot and log are below, both marked "Edit 2", but basically it picked up the A3 key but recorded it as the A2 key (200% drop rate OP?!).

Is it possible to use KeyBot 2.1.1 in Demonbuddy build #404 other than Demonbuddy Beta Build ?

So I know this may be stupid, but is there anyway I could get some directions on how to make this work?

Lets say I want to start with a fresh copy on Beta 518, I know how to install plugins and such and I have botted for about 2 years but I am completely lost at how to get this to work. Everyone says its a stand alone and I get that but where in the world do you put the thing? I have tried to get it to work every way I can imagine and I just do not get how it is supposed to function. I know I need fork and I have done the git clone of the hub to grab the files but I am not sure if I have done it correctly. There seems to be no documentation and I feel like an absolute idiot that i can not figure out how to install and get this plugin to work?

Your confusion stems from the fact that it's not a plugin, which is why it's not running like one xD. At one point it was a plugin but BuddyMe has since integrated several features into his Trinity fork, and it's now a regular profile, which means it can be saved anywhere you want it to be. You run it the same way you would any other .xml profile (like R-Rift for example). There's nothing more to it than what you've seemingly already done; download the latest Assembla build of the Trinity fork (instructions for this are in the OP of the fork thread), change the misc combat settings to match those described in the first post, and run the profile. Like other profiles, it doesn't even have to be in your DB folder to run. After it starts and creates a game, an Inferno tab will appear in Trinity which will show various run statistics. Hopefully that's cleared things up a bit for you. ;)

I have done with multiple times and it does not seem to be installed properly.

Everytime I run UnifiedTrinity.sln I get an error about

I dont know if I didnt download this right. If I have done it correctly and I try to load the keybot xml as the profile, it gives me an error like this

How did you install the Trinity fork? You want to delete the default Trinity, and then drag the forked Trinity to where the old one was (plugins). People getting errors are usually merging the Trinities, or something similar.

I right clicked the demonbuddy 518 folder, hit git bash, then typed out "git clone git://git.assembla.com/unifiedtrinity-fork1.git" and it started to install. I dont know of any other way to make git clone a github other than the command I used.?

I just edited this and my last post with an image showing the easiest way to install the latest commits from Assembla. Here is the Assembla link for the fork project: https://www.assembla.com/code/unifiedtrinity-fork1/git/commits

Just click the "source" button near the top left, select the Trinity folder since that's all you need, and then download that. It will be neatly packaged in a Trinity folder, ready to be placed into your DB plugins directory.

Edit: Alternatively you could just use this link which goes straight to the page where you wanna download from: https://www.assembla.com/code/unifiedtrinity-fork1/git/nodes/master/Trinity. Just remember to delete the old Trinity before you place the forked one in!

OMG finally got it to work. I guess my issue was issuing the bash update instead of just copying trinity over. Seems wierd that it worked that way and not the other. Thank you for helping me, I much appreciate it. I was getting so aggravated at myself because I could not figure out my mistakes. LOL

Enable Trinity Support logging and post a log maybe, because I haven't experienced anything like this so far (the not attacking and moving part).

I hade the same problem, the thing is that i was playing around with the barb combat settings file and edited it manually. What i did was a completley fresh install of DB beta, grabbed the latest trinityfork and then everything works perfect.

I have a 3.6% warden find rate... using DS monk build.. any ideas?
