ohh cmoon, they can't ban you because you stopped playing.) bliz is business like any other, they are pushed by greedy shareholders and needs to generate profit - from this view, they simply can't afford to ban everybody, who is botting..
What if Blizzard made a slight change to Warden just to see who stops playing X amount of hours?
Like for instance,u been playing your level 78 shammy for one to two days straight then all of a sudden u stop playing during the hours (usually over night) and dont bother touching it until u think its safe and thats how they get u....
lol just saying...
This right here. The Buddy moderators don't have a great record of knowing what's going on with all aspects of their bots.
Once again, another contradictory message between 2 moderators. One says the bot isn't detected, one says to be careful, implying they don't know. but you mods really need to get your answers in line.
Your broad statement is as bad as Tony's, JimT.
Who are you to say that the values changed in a way that made it that HB isn't fully detected now? You are absolutely in no position to state anything of the sort, so please don't make such comments.
If they had a full and complete understanding of the updates, it would not take them 30 days to report on it, they are insecure, they are a business, 30 days of COMPLETE downtime would result in a huge loss of business. Dont be arrogant, its a tradeoff of loosing a lot of business, and taking a chance based on a gut feeling. They are taking a chance based on a gut feeling, its super obvious. If they were confident, they would not say there is an increased risk, if they are confident, they would not need 30 days to report on the changes
To build off this comment,
If anyone remember the RIFT days, their bot was software detected once a week for almost a month concurrently. They NEVER said it was "Detected" they said they believed they fixed it, then the rebuilt the hook and said the same thing, it never was.
Many of you guys here are putting too much faith in the words of people around here, and you really should not. You should be asking questions, and you should be asking for confirmation of information provided by moderators. I am not saying they are lying, i am saying there is a communications issue that needs to be addressed. Speak up, your accounts are still in the hands of the people that build that rift bot.
when someone with zero knowledge about warden and stuff posts random things from his head is not the feedback or help you are talking about, its no sense and stupid imoIt's feedback dude. Voicing an opinion to Help better this place. Why are you hating on that?
Perhaps the Warden update had something to do with the release of the new Hearthstone expansion (Curse of Naxxramas)? They practically released at the same time, maybe they're looking for bots in Hearthstone? Or is it confirmed not to be so?
Is this a fact or if are they in a month or two going to send out a banwave? How do you know that HB is not detected. You are a super mod so please if you can give a little bit more info into this because I don't feel like losing all my accounts.
You are the most autistic, and administrator loving little retard I have ever met.
perma ban,we had enough from youBuddy community consists of vegetable moderators like Tony...

I went to bed, I guess right before the tripwire.. Woke up and went to work, came home and started my bots up as I didn't have time before work. So, what I'm wondering is, is HB just straight up detected, and they're just waiting for a mega banwave and my accounts are done for?
If so, if I transferred a couple characters of importance over to a different bnet account, would the bnet account, that is legitimate, that I'm transferring to be a target to be banned after transferring the characters?
Kind of feel fucked now.
We can't discuss the technical issues. Sorry if that bothers you. If we are allowing HB to run, you can assume we feel its as safe as botting can be.
Thanks for the response, Hawker. People just need to be patient and understand that unlike pretty much every other bot, HB does a good job of keeping your account as safe as possible (there's always a risk, obviously). If people want to keep complaining about downtime or whatever, they should just go use other bots but they shouldn't be surprised when a PQR/PE debacle happens again. Everything is risk/reward.
I would find it cool if you can explain what was changed in warden. The method of detecting a bot? The way it checks the memory for changes/hooks? Or if warden just dumps the memory and streight up goes to a blizz server with it.
I don't think it's in anyone's best interest for them to publicly state what has changed with Warden. Blizzard should be given no information about what HB can or can't detect. Seriously people, use your heads. I know it sucks being in the dark but just trust HB for once. There's legal battles going on and if HB started publicly saying what has changed that would give Blizzard tons of information about how HB can detect changes and that they need to change Warden even more.
Sooo, correct me if i'm wrong, but i guess if i haven't been banned yet i can still bot with my glad suite CR and not worry?thank god if so, cause i'm doing it right now xD
Hi guys, I've got a question but I didn't want to create a new thread for this. I didn't find any information about this so here it is :
If I'm running 2 wow on the same computer, and HB only on one of them, is there any chance the account manually played could get banned ? I mean, we don't really know what the warden does, so if it finds something wrong, do you think it could be associated to the non-botting account ? I guess that if the warden suspects you a GM should see your in-game behavior but I don't really know...
Thanks for giving your opinion
