Demonbuddy Hardcore Edition (Dogmeat's Combat Book) MASTER Thread

just copied your files to my folder, changed bnet tag on folder and when i start DB i get this error:

Hello, first of all thanks for your hard work, I follow your instructions and I have a doubt with the profiles folder, I don?t know what I should use to get the best XP/hour for reach lvl 100 paragon. Also in profiles folder I have 2 more xml files named TrinityCombatLoot.xml and TrinityOnlyCombat.xml what I should do with that files? Thanks in advance.

All the profiles I included are good for paragon levelling. The 2 files you mentioned are for manual handling the movement of the bot, while it does the combat. Good when play with other players. :)

Really thanks for your answer, but I continue without know what to do what these 2 files. I must copy in some folder? or jsut ignore it?

Also I continue with the same problem as Insaneety "[Trinity] RULEPATH = C:\PROGRAMs\D\Plugins\Trinity\ItemRules\Rules\cust om" I don?t know how to resolve that issue, I check the forums and I don?t find anything. Sorry if I?m a bit confused.

Yep! Sorry I released my version with a custom loot rules, I didn't think of that.

To resolve this, go to Plugins tab --> Trinity --> Config --> Items tab:

--> Pickup tab, under Choose Item Rules Type, choose another type of item scoring

or

--> ItemRules tab: Use Rule Set: Choose Soft or Hard instead of custom, or change the path in the Optional Custom Rule Set Path box if you understand what it does.

Any my most sincere apologies for the complications it must have caused. Won't happen in next versions. I will look into provide an updated release without this bug. :)

I have provided an updated version in the 1st post, tell me if it fixes the Item Rules bug for you guys. (It should). :)

Strange. I've just tested with a fresh DB (.323), and encountered no errors. Please overwrite original Trinity (and other folders) shipped with DB with the folders and files I provided and try again.
 
Thanks again for your job dogmeat, I try right now a fresh install and post the results.


EDIT: Ok I replace all with your new folders and the bot seems to start but it asks me that I?m using various combat routines, it ask me what I want to use, Trinity or Generic? Also you included a lot of profiles, what is the best in your opinion/experience and in what quest/part of Act 1 I should start, for example Act 1 - Quest 9.3 it?s ok? Thanks bro.

Choose Trinity as your combat routine, off course. It always asks that the 1st time, and 1 time only.

Those profiles with folders are best profiles for paragon leveling and also items, choose any you like, they are very similar. The single xml profiles are for running the bot manually, you do the movement, the bot handles combat. :)

EDIT: Hello all seems to be fine but the bot is making the game public, I don?t know how to change taht I?m looking on bot and trinity settings but i don?t find anything. I?m using that profile: [19:41:52.525 N] Loaded profile FoM+Decay zorked edition Thanks in advance.
 
Got a problem with the leveling and questing from rrix with your combat book.
Log says Compiler Error: e:\Demonbuddy\Demonbuddy\Plugins\Trinity\XmlTags\TrinityExploreDungeon.cs(133,17) : error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'CachedValue' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
and there will be no trinityplugin loaded within demonbuddy Version 317. But the db version should be unimportant?
 
Hi Friends,

I just came recently back to D3 after a Long break and finaly i got this plugin running but ummm i have a question and i hope that someone is so nice and help me since i have no idea what specc and stuff is actually the best to equip my barb, so yea can someone tell me which specc / talents are the best and easiest right now to farm equip with.
 
I'm confused, in the Main Post it says that a version of autoskilled is in the contents, but in the zip file attached is no autoskilled contained. Do I miss something?
