[Plugin] randomBuddy (to random generate gather profiles)

*Posted in ban section, but i want everyone who uses this plugin to know it the only way to bot*
Gonna post this in 2 different spots so people definitely get what im about to say across.

So, about 2 weeks ago some of you may remember me posting about my 2nd main account ( my PVP one) being banned under the pretense of Botting.

Now to be fair, i posted under Randombuddy section and after thinking about it for a minute i can honeslty say i dont remember if i was Using the plugin, or a custom profile which i created.

I decided to do a little bit of a test just so i was 100% sure of my final conclusions regarding MOP botting vs Randombuddy Vs regular profiles.


Some of my results may make you a little bit happier about botting, some may not.!

about 3 days after i was banned, i started up 2 Brand spanking new accounts, fully upgraded to MOP and used kicks leveling 1-89(89-90by hand) (given a few other levels by hand) +++++ They were Recruit a Friend'd together (RAF'd)

after 2 days i was lvl 90, after 4 days i was 525 herb/mining + a solid 487ilvl (on each)

NOTE: -- These were BRAND NEW accounts, not 1 single offence, or ticket was open.!

so? sweet man your a hardcore leveler you say! - well, not really. i had a goal, my goal was to either get this bitch banned, or not all for you and me to have some more clear evidence.



So, about 24 hours ago, i started to gather Herb/Mine in MOP - VotFW + Jade Forrest to be exact (one or the other, never both.)

I started my test at 4am server time, 7pm USA time. (barley anybody on right?)


Bot 1 = A custom script only i had, nobody else, for "Vally of the Four Winds"

Bot 2 = Randombuddy Plugin (Version 0.3 as the new 1 doesnt load new profiles when changed), "Vally of the Four Winds, 85 Hot spots,
Random Offsets, Optimize, Refresh every 24 minutes"

Plugins:


Bot 1 = Avoid Players @ 187 ft, BlackLister @ 14ft, 0 mobs , Druid's Harvest Helper, Lifehelpers, Talented2, Tidybags 3.0


Bot 2 = Avoid Players @ 200ft, BlackLister @ 14ft, 0 Mobs, Druids harvest Helper, LifeHelpers, Talented 2, RandomBuddy, Tidybags 3.0

All that being said ( for purpouses of helping figure out detection?)

Bot 1 = Lower populated Server

Bot 2 = much higher populated server

On bot 2, i invited bot 1 so that both would be on the same Low populated Server, and in the same group. in the same zone.
(Never said anything in Party, Guild or Region.)


So, i started both bots and watched them 100% of the time.


Sidenote here: After about 2 hours, i did get a Disconnect error- i thoguth both had been banned, but it was my internet.

So i basically sat here and watched the bots run for 8 hours, with 3 different breaks maybe inbetween that. and then i said screw it. and let them run full on.

After that 8 hour segment, i hit start, and let them run for an additional 4 hours.

Bot 1 - Did NOT receive any sort of PM from a GM, and did not receive any whispers from other players.

Bot 2 - was running when bot 1 was banned - both in the same group.

So, after bot 1 got disconnected, and it said blah blah blah suspended blah blah blah, i continued to stay in the group on bot 2 WITHOUT hitting stop. i just continue to let him run, hopeing i would see if this Fuking GM had any brains to show his face.

NOTE: I ran the bot an additional 1 hour. after bot 1 was banned, afterwards, i went to the exact spot where bot 1 was banned and could even see him on my map lol.

Final results after hitting stop 2 mins after ban :
[Gatherbuddy2]: Stopped gatherbuddy after gathering 406 nodes in 4h 31m 38s.
[Gatherbuddy2]: Silkweed: 54
[Gatherbuddy2]: Ghost Iron Deposit: 161
[Gatherbuddy2]: Green Tea Leaf: 163
[Gatherbuddy2]: Trillium Vein: 8
[Gatherbuddy2]: Golden Lotus: 6
[Gatherbuddy2]: Rich Ghost Iron Deposit: 9
[Gatherbuddy2]: Sha-Touched Herb: 4
[Gatherbuddy2]: Rich Trillium Vein: 1
Not in game

Anyway. i wanted to share this with you guys.
Using Profiles, weather PRIVATE .. or Public will get you banned 100% of the time.
Randombuddy is the way to go.
trust me when i say it.

Before i starting bot with HB - i have tried to farming manualy by my hand 100% using my own route..
And what i get after that ?

Ban Hammer hit me and accused because i am botting... lol

After that i tried to bot 100% using HB (Farming herb and mining) with GB2 on botbase and RandomBuddy..
And what happen next ?

After 9 days botting in 12 - 16 hours/day with random break .. nothing happen ...

Well, last time i farming for real money when Cata expansion with skining only..
After that i quit from WoW for a while..

And then after i hear about HB from my friend - i wanna to farming again with HB and testing it in patch 5.3

But before i began to boting with HB i wanna know what`s going on in game at that time,
So i started to farm manually with my hand 100% (lvling 1 - 90 and then farming herb - mining in MoP)..

4 days after i began to farming materials in MoP i got Banned because "boting" (but at that time i playing 100% with my hand)

Ofcourse i send appeal and "they" reopened my account because "they" cant prove i`m botting.

And then i started to farming again and wanna test - do i will banned again because botting ?
So sad "they" banned me again after maybe 5 days because botting.

So after that i made a decision to try botting 100% with HB (Gathering Herb - Mining)
and wanna test how long this acc (Druid Troll - Server "Medium Pop" - eq "Standard Questing") will survive

1st day i start to farming using (black lister - avoiding player - randombuddy (all check box turn on - 30 min refresh profile - 45 hotspot ) - log me out ) plugin
2nd day same
3rd day so after seeing my farming result with avoiding player i try to turn off avoiding player and start to using ARelog with 2 - 3 hours farming and breaks (total 12 - 16 hours/day) ~ (in Schedule Task ~ so i can AFK and do another thing in real world - hehehe ) and generate random profile from your "website"

So after 3rd day i just using black lister only in my plugin and ARelog for refresing my profile after 25 - 30 min with random break after 2 - 3 hours farming
oh yeah.. i farming only in "Jade Forest" never try to move into another map (for experiment how long i`ll survive only farming in Jade Forest)

The reason why i just using black lister on my plugin ... because using avoide player to many node are passes by my bot when some one afk/fising/or just passing - so i just want to try how long i`ll survie using only randombuddy literally

I also reinstalled honorbuddy. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks

I had an idea similar to this, I never got around to it though. Instead of a plugin though, I was thinking of a botbase that did something similar. It would just know where the nodes are in a zone and the stuck points, then generate a new path each time. I passed the idea on to someone else, but I don't believe it was ever made.

Good to see something similar, maybe it will spark interest enough for someone with more time than myself to actually code the botbase idea.

I also thought about this but I came to the decision that developing a own botbase makes just no sense, u actually have to work even more.
The technique behind Gatherbuddy2 is solid and well-tested, when u develop a own botbase u're making yourself more trouble than neccesary.

The Generator works this way, it doesnt just choose (n) random hotspots, it aligns them correctly so that when you start at Hotspot A it picks the next one so far away that you fly over multiple other hotspots while moving to Hotspot A', this way it truly makes a unique and "multi-leveled" random movemet pattern

While that is "good" its also far from what a human would do. A human would take the next node on his radar and not fly over it.
Though I can see the benefit of your work. I am sure blizzard can open a map and see movements. Kind of like a transparent map thing and see which routes are being taken. Comparing that to the base users you come to see a pattern, which is bad.

sry mate but you're wrong.
GB2 havests nodes he "sees" around him automaticly.
so the profiles just point the direction, GB2 havests everything on the way - just like a human
there will never be any patterns created by this, just a huge mess of harvests, where even blizz cant see any logic within.

personally i'd be more afraid that they do some movement dectections sometime (like unstuck left jump left jump ...)

Hey guys
The client can't download the Stranglethorn Vale profile . The out.xml is always empty if i try to load this + i get a root element missing error.Reinstalled honorbuddy 4 times to check whats going on,+ asked my friend try stranglethorn profile he got error too.
