Greetings,
Due to an unusual change in your access pattern, the Battle.net account [email protected] has been locked. This can be caused by logging in from a new location, but it may also signal an attempt to compromise your account.
If you have registered for Battle.net SMS Protect, you can unlock your account by selecting "Can't log in," then selecting "I'm currently locked out of my account," and following the steps provided. If you have not registered for Battle.net SMS Protect, or if you feel that your account's security is at risk, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Secure Your Computer
Ensure that your computer is free from any malicious programs, as a password change alone may not deter future attacks. Visit our Account Security website to learn how to protect your computer from unauthorized access.
Step 2: Secure Your Email Account
Choose a new password for your email account and review your email for any filters or rules you did not create. For more information on securing your email account, visit our Account and Computer Security page.
Step 3: Choose a New Password
Change your password to resume using this Battle.net account, as your former password no longer grants access to any login-protected Battle.net account service or game. Visit our Password Reset page to begin the password change process.
Once you?ve regained access to your account, you can add additional security with Battle.net SMS Protect, a free service that allows you to unlock your Battle.net account on your own with a few simple steps. For more information, see the SMS Protect FAQ

Did anyone else get this?
Normally if i unplug my router or re-do my OS I get the message in-game, but it lets me use my security Question in-game to unlock the account.
This one wanted me to answer it on the website, and then go to my email to confirm.
What I find weird/odd is...
How did I login to world of warcraft.... and not have this issue, and then check my mail.
then login to D3 and get this message... yet Blizzard didn't disconnect me from wow, and i got 3 email about account being locked, and then I continue to do auctions in wow, and then i killed 7 more mobs to finish me to get to the next lvl.. then i log out and log back in... account locked.. ok so then i unlock my account....
Log back in... all those changes that i did/made while my account was locked... should have been blocked right??
everything i did while my account was suppose to be locked all took effect...
so wtf is the point of locking an account if people can just hack it.. then stay logged in and make changes...
makes no sense to me...
