You really have to pay close attention tho... there are some bugs and lack of randomness here and there like trying to fly out of a building and getting stuck etc. or having a spawn spot camped by 5 guys standing on the exact same coordinate. Those are the times you need to give it a hand.

I never AFK quest, it's just not smart.
 
I Myself Along With My Wife And My Son All Use Kick's Profiles Exclusively, My Son And I Have Been botting with Kick's Profiles for A Long Time And Have Had No Issues, Must Be Something You Are Doing

I have leveled so far 30+ toons to 90 on 25 different servers. Plus Ive been using his profiles since before MoP. Stop blaming your crap on Kick and be responsible for your own shit.

You took the risk the moment you started to run a bot on your account. Dont like it? Make your own profile.
 
ive been using kicks for a while now. lvled 7 caracters from 1-90 with kicks. never got any banning issues. it get stuck quite often so i stay around.

be smart while using your bot!
 
BWAHAHAHAHAHAAH this thread is retarded. You can as well say, banned for clicking the start button? if you haven't monitored multiple toons doing the profile you want to AFK. How in the world can you say stuff like this? I've had some amazingly horrendous stucks for hours on end using kicks and I don't blame him. Also.. i wasn't banned. Extremely rare from questing period.
 
Not rare anymore, I dont think the people are blaming Kick, well I hope not anyway. They are simply saying the only thing I had done on my bot was level and that was done through kicks profile.
 
I've used kicks profiles to level multiple toons. No issues ever.

HOWEVER

Since the launch of MoP and the issues with meshes, any questing profile seems to be... buggy. Easy enough fix, don't AFK bot questing profiles. Kick, and every other quest profile maker states this in their posts. DO NOT AFK questing profiles. I've seen my characters get stuck on a rock trying to run through it. If another player sees that, they will report you. This isn't a problem with Kicks, or anyone else's profiles. This is a problem with how you are utilizing the quest bot.


TL:DR Don't AFK quest profiles.
 
I logged in after a few hours offline and started up HB (had been questing with Kick's in Uldum). The second HB connected, I was DC'd and given 72hours.
 
Seen a good few other people saying the exact same thing about starting HB and getting a instant ban like that.

Nice language, if HB is NOT detected... End off story!
Kicks profile won?t get you banned by itself.
But bugs in HB/mesh might tip people off.

None is banned the second they start HB, if they where banned fast after char creation prob someone reported it or actually a GM could be watching starting zones for "Bot movements" yes i can detect a bot by just look on how it moves, if i can a GM can.

Had you only ran kicks on your bot/account ever? Honestly? And is there a chance it was a coincidence that you got banned right when HB connected (attached? Connected to HB servers? What?)

If HB was detected he would not have goten a 72hour ban, so yes.
 
I haven't, but I have got stuck several times in certain areas. And later when I was manually levelling for that quest series (multiple times - so as not to get stuck) I did notice other bots stuck in the same places. Sometimes very blatantly.
A good example is in zangamarsh; orebor harborage. the flying mount will often get stuck in a building there (not dismount) and will get reported before long...

dont wanna risk being banned by using kicks then dont go afk - and babysit

kicks has levelled me 14 level 90's - ive only done 1 char by hand and thats my main - everything else even all lowbie alts is kicks - i have 4 accounts running aswell and never been banned/even suspended

always more to the story for people being banned
 
Kick's has never gotten me banned. Leveled 4 different 90's with it.
Questing profiles can be very nice or they can be very buggy.
Babysit your character if it's questing, you need to check on them every so often.
DON'T LEAVE KICKS PROFILE ON WHILE YOU SLEEP! THIS IS A BIG NO NO!
 
I've lvled over 85 chats over different accounts with questing profiles.

Never got a 72h or perma.

Superviced them when i could, but like 85% afk .

The most risky part of questing profiles is when they start to grind to lvl?? .. As more and more use those profiles, you get a grond chain.. And we all know where those are in the profiles:p

So 3 options,

1) don't bot = 90% save lol
2) supervice it and dont afk ik = 99% save or is it? ;P
3) don't give a shit, start it and go live a real life till you farmer is ready.. = save dependin on your luck ;)

So conclusion???

There is none

Ans last but not least, why scarred of a ban? Of thats your main thoughts when you start the bot, then you're in the wrong place .


(lost farmer acc so far 17.. 14 in MoP )
