Been using bot for a couple years now with no issues. Today I used kicks profile 85-90 for possibly 15 minutes and it was having some serious issues so I turned it off and got banned today from WOW also.
 
2 more characters to 90 in the past month using kicks. Had a few issues with some quests but nonetheless it got the job done. One month, 2 90s both with under 7 days played time.
 
Learn to Bot right. Funny how the NOT banned is a hell of lot larger than the BANNED. Once again a worthless thread. How about renaming it "While using Kicks Profile", that would be more accurate. Going on over two years, 14 level 90 characters, more gold than I know what to do with and have YET to receive ONE suspension, ALL while using Kicks Profiles on ALL 14 CHARACTERS! As the saying goes "Learn to play your class", you should try to "Learn how to bot without LOOKING like a bot".
 
Personally I would think their is a higher chance from 85 to 90 due to a lot of people around. 1 to 85 be lucky if anyone even notices you running by them. Though sometimes using kicks profile the bot decides to run and not use it's mount, but luckily I'm always beside my botting computer to stop this as are the stuck in the dome ceiling while flying part also.
 
key is to switch it up... I am always an ear shout away when I bot and always keep an eye on it. I also, switch it up with BG's and questing. Also, if you are in a guild, make sure you say hi and stuff everyonce in a while or make conversation

CRZ doesnt apply to Pandaland, my realm and I know a LOT of other realms are completely dead, so this is useful when leveling and a pain in the assholes for virtually everything else.

I dont think doing BG's is a good idea for leveling, your just increasing the number of people who will notice you by like 1000%. Questing and manually doing bgs would be good but dont bot bgs, you stick out like a shaved cat.

I don't think HB is detected by Blizz, if it was then Warden would insta-kick you as soon as it hooked into the memory.

I have used kicks profiles for almost a year and a half now. I have leveled/grinded over 14 characters from 1-85 85-90 on multiple servers. Besides an occasional quest that confuses the piss out of the bot I cant complain. I have never been banned and i bot 24/7. I remember a post from a long time ago when i first purchased this bot " This bot is only as good as the user makes it " .... fact. My bot tops charts in bgs rapes the meters in dungeons/raids and when I get bored enough sometimes to sit in Durotar and turn it on right before duels hilarious. If your getting banned chances are you either A. Told everyone on your real id/account that YOU bot and your friends reported you B. Drew unnecessary attention to yourself by letting it to run into a wall for 6 hours straight. C. Didnt heed the warnings made by the honorbuddy team on when not to bot. Usually never bot for the first 2-3 weeks after a major launch/patch, just to many eyes out monitoring for glitches. Kicks is awesome anyone that says otherwise can suck it dry!
 
same here, using 2 computer/bots kicks profiles on both running same time. ZERO problems.

using 2 Computer and Accs - 1 with EzBot the other with HB.

HB Questing Bot (Kicks profile 85-90) was banned today.

I personally think this advice is the best yet! I get nervous when the bot starts acting weird like running into walls and dont bot too much unattended
 
Bought a brand new account, was botting a rogue and it was banned before it even reached level 30 using kicks.

Less than 8 hours a day, and didn't even bot every day.

Take it how you will, personally i'm never touching another kick profile again but i wish you all the best of luck.
 
Been using kicks for about a year.

Five accounts, over 18 toons leveled completely to 90. Yeah, there were glitches but I was always there to fix them. I even tweak his profiles when I find glicthed areas...

No bans

Guess its how you do it or just bad luck. Maybe you just ran into a wall for an hour. I personally babysit each and every bot maybe leaving it for 10-20 minutes tops. Than again, I don't leave the shit on for more than 8-10 hours. Thats just dumb. I also don't flood the ah with my mats. Another good give away.

I have a feeling people are not telling the WHOLE truth. IDK
 
I agree Ebner. Like last night i saw a toon in the AH just running against the wall, i always wonderd what was going on before i ever knew about botting when i saw something like that, however now i just felt like "geez buddy! Dont give yourself away"
And for those of us that do bot, please dont report those toons you see doing that it ruins the botting fun for all of us.
 
I also babysat my bot, and that account hadn't posted anything in the auction house as it was brand new. Still banned before level 30 with less than 8 hours a day and not botting every day.

I guess perhaps it could of been bad luck, but regardless, being banned like that so quickly while being so cautious and careful. I'm definitely avoiding all contact with those profiles in future.

I can say with some certainty that once you have been banned on one or more accounts, either your computer id or ip is compromised. My theroy is simple. I had a total of 8 accounts banned on my old desktop back during cata. I had 3 banned out right at first than 2 weeks later my 3 accounts i made to replace the previous 3 got banned than i purchased 2 more wow licenses a month later and those got banned within 10 hours. They were raf linked and i had my main account running on my laptop with tethered internet and all the 2 extra accounts were doing was using isboxer to follow my main account. They were never botted on.

What stopped the bans? Well i moved and replaced the mobo/cpu in my desktop as it needed upgrades. After i did upgrades and i moved i was able to bot a year 6 on and 18 off while doing either ore or herb shuffle. I got hit by the moderate banwave around the time in mop when they nerfed herb/ore spawns.

I however don't have any farming accounts anymore but i do have 2 "alt" accounts and i have never been banned for using kicks profiles. After i lost my last 2 farming accounts i retired my desktop and only play from laptop now. Since then i have leveled 14 90's.
 
It's all about being careful. I haven't played in MoP but I've botted two dozen characters to 85 (sometimes two at once) via various combinations of Kicks, BGs, archaeology/GB2 and a few instances by hand. I've yet to have any bans, temp or otherwise. It just requires some babysitting and proper configuration to ensure that you'll be fine.
