Max sessions authentication failed

Hello.

Im getting max sessions authentication fail everytime i start honorbuddy. Im starting wow in 32bit and i've removed the cache + data files from the honorbuddy directory. Anyone has an idea? I tried the buddyauth thing but i dont really get it, it doesnt say i've got a key or a session active even tho the bot is activated.
 
i said i didnt understand that page, i tried to create a new account and log in with the account that i have on this forum but i didnt find any sessions in any of them. do i have a login somewhere or what?

yes ofcourse, but i've never had to login to this thing called buddyauth since i havent had this problem.

i mean that ive started the bot and still i cant see any activated bot on buddyauth. might depend on that i just created a account with a random email though.. but i dont know what to log in with on buddyauth.

btw, is there anyway that blizzard can see that i have a bot going even if its not started? i mean that i just minimize the bot. because i solved the problem now by clearing all the caches and restarting the computer. but its kinda frustrating that i need to do that everytime i want to start the bot again.
 
If Blizzard was able to detect the bot even if it is not running everyone using the bot had a big big problem.

This Key is attached to your email address (which was used on the Gate2Shop Checkout Page), you can see your keys online at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal once registered there using the same email.

That's the content of the first email I recieved after buying my first licence... Guess you either have to check out if you are using the correct email address or contact the support...
 
Allright, so i got nothing to worry about if the bot is minimized but not started? :)

no.. i fixed it yesterday by clearing all cache in chrome and in explorer but today its the same thing. when i start the bot the log literally spams max sessions authentication failed all the time. i've cleared all cache and restarted my computer wich worked yesterday but not now. i cant get into buddyauth either since i dont know what to log in with, i only have my license to login with on honorbuddy.

a friend of mine told me that this means that someone is using my key at the same time, what can i do about this if i dont have the email that i used at checkout? ive sent u a message tony.

is there a windows error pop up window?
 
I am having this same problem. I just came back after a long time gone. I bought a new session. I download the client and when I try to launch I put in the key that they just emailed me and I get a max sessions as well.

did i possibly already have a session for this account and dont have that key anymore?
 
Just my 2 cents, I know the login codes are long, but you guys make sure there aren't any duplicated keys out there, right?

keep all Hb files under the same folder and do not use any shortcuts for Hb exe
