well im not sure, its definitly someone else that is using the key, but since the crappy support with the rude attitude couldnt help i guess ill have to deal with it.

If you shared your login info OR used it on another computer than your own, its not HB's fault that someone else is using your Login code.
Also, if you dont have strong firewalls and antivirus, and someone is keystroking you, also not HB's fault.
In fact, the only way its Not HB's fault is if they assigned the same login code twice, which i highly doubt they did.
so,you need a key change
send us a new email about that(add my name on email title)
