zWispCancel - Legendary boots buff cancel

Had to change ID 241331 to 241846, as 241846 was the cancelable aura. Not sure if this is a common issue.

I will add all of em in when I get some time so you guys shouldnt need to change it anymore. Finishing up the last of my order hall stuff over the next few days then I will look at it unless someone else does it before then
