I think the german files are bugged. Anybody fixed them ? Would be very nice

LOL! What the #$@#... Its very difficult to only speak english and find decent aiml files. Ill do some research.

I think it?s a good basic file (with some exceptions). But it does not work by me. It crashes always. After I correct the first bug I get another one and so on. After 5-6 faileres I get one I could not correct. Please don`t ask me what it was. I deleted it and hoped anyone has fixed it completely.

Everyone will know it is a chat bot on the first sentence.

Hi, to start: nice plugin!

Only thing what seems not to work is joining a localhost server (or 127.0.0.1 or my router assigned address 192.168.2.2), even with multiple IRC server softwares it always returned in the log;
'Wrong server password', while there is no server password. I managed to connect with mIRC to my localhost server, and maxclients/ip wasn't a problem.

Used server softwares where Joinme141, WeIRC0.7.5 and bewareIRC

I'd rather run on my private server with forwarded ports on my router to manage it from a distance, unless you add the function of channels passwords (e.g. /join #channelname channelpassword)

But overall, nice plugin, i'm using Quakenet now with hidden/secret channel. hope no one finds

I'm sorry that i cant help you with your own irc server, as i dont have any expirience on them (except being ircop but that doesnt help you at all..)
and yeah, your solution for passworded channel does work.. Remember, that you dont have to make the bot to join channel, you can just type in your nickname on the channel box and it will output everything to your query.


EDIT2: i think that you just found me 1 line that doesnt need to be in the code actually, i had this line: writer.WriteLine("PASS "); on the connection part, thats probably reason it says that.. let me know if you want test binary to test it, if you even care about it anymore

You could start by pasting me some logs, that would get me started on the crash, so i could help you.

-updates on the site.

The site right now is just wordpress 'blog', due to the old site used this CMS called 'e107'.. apparently that e107 had some kind of hole that allowed some guy to upload files to my server and exploit the site that way. So until i get the next site made, you'll have to stick with that..

Also domain is changing to zuttoh.org soon. (soon == within 2 months)
