ZK Runs Nerfed?

Trying to level up my new toon...
Started at level 2. ZK'd to level 13. Now, all i am getting is 1000 gold, without any EXP.
Anyone else having this problem?
 
How old is the account you are trying to level? It seems there is a general 3 day lockout now.

Brand spankin new. - i guess this would answer it.
I also notice that i cannot trade with this new account. (its greyed out, and dropped items do not appear)
Is this new?
Do you know if this is something that they could be watching (DB etc) in result of?

This is a safety precaution Blizzard has implemented to stop someone from making a new account and scamming people. (IE: The reason for a wait period)
 
It only applies to digitally purchased copies of the game. I opened a new account today with a store bought hard copy and he's level 30 atm.

Some really stupid move by Blizard, if purchased digitally, your account is considered starter edition for 72 hours (can't go past skeleton king, can't go past level 13, can't trade, can't use rmah, and some other restrictions)
 
Adding an authenticator takes away the 3-day wait for the AH on digital accounts. (unless they changed that too by now)
 
I used my 60 DH, made a game then joined that game with my level 2.
Theres a way to do infinite quest turn-ins regarding the killing of ZK for 10k each.
If you can get the leave/join timing down right, this can level a character to level 20 in about 30 mins or less. At this point, i start a reliable ZK run profile and let it do the rest.
