any tips for those who didnt get it yet? i cant understand how the system works
 
There are no "tips." It's an RNG, and a lot of people get screwed over by it.
 
@ All of you guys who have gotten this with less the 100 solve..............................................I hate your FACE!!!! I am somewhere in the 500ish range. Everyday, a little piece of me dies and fades away because of this damn sword.

i think the only hint that someone can need is that you have to farm in eastern kingdom, cause there are the most digsites for trolls.

best 2 tips is farm in EK and stop at 450 otherwise it will decrease the spawn rate of troll digsites from 41% to 35%
 
same got scarab rinng of 20first solves pet on 74th now 500+ and not a shit
 
one of my guildies leveled using AB, and ofc did he get the sword as a druid.. i am still waiting for mine - around 200 troll solves :(
 
150 troll solves using AB, still no sword. Did get bunch of night elf and dwarf rares in EK though.
 
Even if you dont train past 450 skill, you still get dig sites in twilight pop up? =/

Got tons of free time atm, as im to much of a chicken to run the bot on my main account, i have been leveling archaeology myself. a hunter from 78 to 85, and now im doing a druid from 80-85 with it. :S

It was my understanding that you had to train past 450 to have a chance to find this sword, though sites in Twilight (or other Cata zones) will not appear until your toon hits lvl 80. Therefore, the sooner you get past 450 and start farming for it the better your chance of finding it before those sites in Twilight open up making it harder to bot. Have people found the sword caped at 450 without training further? Regardless, my arch toon is maxed now, still no sword though I have found almost everything else on the continent. At lvl 83/84 Twilight has not been much of a problem so long as the adds come at me 1 or 2 at a time. I am really curious about the level required though as I plan on using arch on several other toons.
 
I gave up on 4 of my toons and set them up 2 and 2 in Arena, next time I can do arena they will all have a similar sword, and it only took 3 weeks :p
