I don't want to invoke the wrath of the YourRaidingBuddy who might find this question quite offensive but could perhaps a kind nosy soul instruct me how to go about using it? I'm relatively clueless after trying to make some sense of how to use this for my DRK. I usually use ultima for my monk which was pretty straight forward, download/extract into routines folder and profit.

This is the same as what you just said for Ultima. What problems are you having?

Ultima had a zip folder you can download and extract into your rotation folder.

I'm abit confused how to go about using SVN because when I click on the link it just leads me to a page that just sends me to a lot coding.

Ah ok I see!

If you download Tortoise SVN and install it. Create a folder in your Routines Folder called /YourRaidingBuddy/ right click it and then click SVN Checkout it will then ask you for the URL of the repository. Pop in the link from the front page and it will download all the files you need.

When you need to update to the lastest version just right click and select SVN update and everything will be done for you.

Thanks. This definitely helped me download it but now when I load it in game it just comes up with the following errors.

error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'CommonBehaviors' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

After fiddling around with it now it's giving me this error message instead

ok this could just be me, but when i download YRB through the svn into my routines folder i dont see the combat routine as selectable like ultima and kupper in the list.. those two pop up and work just fine, but for some reason yrb doesnt pop up (tested using DRK and NIN)

Same problem.

I know, my friend and I have been working on a Summoner routine, but we really don't know what we are doing. We've got some logic that works pretty well as long as we are in melee range, but once we get out of melee nothing fires. I was hoping that maybe you could tell me where i need to change to allow for actions to be taken in spell range.

EDIT: Looks like all we had to do was change the value of PullRange in Root.cs and we can now cast at range.

Hey I'm still having trouble loading this CS.

When I load Rebornbuddy it doesn't give me any option to choose this CS.

EDIT: Fixed and now testing.

Which lines other than the storms path one would I need to remove (in warrior.cs) so it takes the entire combo out of the Eye>Path>Block rotation. I figure if I need to put up path I can just hit the path key myself when it autos the next eye combo, or pause the bot and do it myself, but when OT'ing I would particularly like it to focus on the DPS rotation of Eye>BB>Eye.

I took the path line out, but it still initiates the heavy>maim, then moves onto the next combo. Kinda new to this so I don't see a block of code specifically for the path combo, am I just not looking hard enough?

heinzskies I don't know if this is intended or how to fix it, but I set my AOE count to 2, then I set it to 3. Whenever I hit that amount, the character constantly spams UNLEASH. So much so that two level 52 mobs killed me at 53, because that's all it would do. Any insight? Thank you sir!

Not sure if it's intended but it never seems to use the following skills which generate enmity.

Abyssal Drain
Spinning Slash >> Power Slash

It does everything else which is great but I'd like it if I can find out how to configure it so those skills are used when they need to be used. If someone can enlighten me on this that'll be much appreciated.

EDIT:
I guess what I'm trying to understand is how to optimize performance while using the CS. I learned from reading through old post that I should press left Shift for the spinning slash >> power slash. Was there any options I had to configure in the Combat Settings to get the best results for tanking?

Also any tips or tricks for the first time user?

I'm trying to find out how AoE settings work since if I turn it on it seems to love spamming Unleash.

Last but least I was wondering if I can change the Left Shift Enmity combo to some other hotkey. For example 8 key if possible.

Feedbacks and tips would be greatly appreciated =D

Question; I'm farting around with a PLD rotation and and am a bit stumped. I want to fire the "off GCD" defensive skills, but only when other are not already activated:

Problem is, first one fires, and then second one will fire because the Sentinel affect hasn't actually occurred yet (YRB faster than ping times I guess!).

Is there a part of YRB I can leverage to prevent this (DoubleCastPrevention?) or are we able to pass a delegate into specific areas where I could set a boolean and do something like... "If firing one of these skills, ignore rest until next GCD"?

Is anyone working on an up to date MCH routine they wouldn't mind sharing? If not is there an easy way to at least edit in either an alignment (the turrets hypercharge w/buffs and wildfire) or take it out of it's buff cycle so I can manually do it during buffed wildfires w/o the routine doing it early?

Hi guys, sorry for slacking on answering questions.

I will be updating the core in a few days to the new overlay that got added into RebornBuddy, I will see if I can find a neat way of creating a guide on how to create an overlay inside YRB for the class/job you want for.

I think I already have an idea, but I would need to work on it for a while. If anything you can always PM me with your skype details if you're stuck on anything
