But when i restart the bot i dont get any chance to change instance.
Please help me, im very new to this bot.

First of all: You need to be fully logged into your character in WoW when you open the bot.
Also, you need to run the bot as an administrator (Right-click, press "Run as Administrator").

If you are doing those two things and still getting this error: Open up your Task Manager (right-click on the taskbar and press "Start Task Manager" or pres CTRL-ALT-Delete and start it from there). Go to the "Processes" tab, and make sure that there are no processes called "Honorbuddy.exe" running - if there are, just kill them. Then try to run it again (following the two steps from the start).
