"You have entered an invalid product key..."

When I try to log onto my honorbuddy account that has worked for a year and a half now it says: "You have entered an invalid product key. If you are trying to log with an username and password, please check your registered email address to obtain the key that is created instead of your old shop login. Athentication failed!"

I checked my registered email and there was nothing there at all... What is going on??
 
Okay thank you I read that and found my KEY but what do I do with the key?! Use it as Username and Password??? It is not working.
 
Use the latest bot release.
you can only enter it once.
 
Trying that right now... It has been stuck on "logging in..." for about 5 minutes now.
 
Yes with the new version there is only one slot for key and that is it... It is now 30 mins into saying "logging in" with nothing else happening...

have you started HB as admin?
are you on windows? 7? 8? xp?
 
Yes I have started windows as admin, I am on windows 7.

When I try to exit out of honorbuddy after waiting for it to attempt to log in, a window pops up that says :

"Honorbuddy has encountered a problem. The type initializer for 'Styx.Helpers.UISettings' threw an exception."
Then I can either send the error report or Don't send the error report.

Anyone else have this problem?
