Does any of the devs read this forum?
Here are several ppl with the exactly same issue and there´s no support quiet a message that help´s coming?!
Something´s going wrong with a tool i paid about 80 € for.
Communication is not the business of Bossland GmbH...

The devs do read the fourm. DB has less the HB.
Anyway there is someone in charge of the support sections. His name is Tony but unfortunately Tony is on vacation and won't be back for another few days. He would normally report when needed. The devs are well aware of this issue and have been working on the servers and db.

Here is the announcement by tony. Sticked it to the top of each support sections
