So I'm an addict like a good number of us. I'm an addict of the game and the botting world.

Recently both my accounts got banned with the 6 month HB ban, however I have added a linked account on the original BN. If I were to have a completely separate BN with a separate account and made sure to only inject and bot when I played on that separate account would my main BN still be at risk? I know no one can guarantee anything however I would like to know if anyone on here has only botted on a separate BN and still had their main account banned.

If you do not attach HB to an instance of WoW that is currently logged into a given account (even once) then it is highly likely that given account will not be banned. This is of course barring any manual investigation that may result in bans for all accounts associated to that machine profile. These types of investigations are far far more rare though, and usually only come as a result of egregious botting and reports from the community.

This has been my experience thus far.

I'm botting with a separate BN account, on a VM, through a VPN. I'll let you know when I get banned and if my main BN account is tagged.

Thank you for the responses. I currently am using a iMac and playing on the bootcamp side. For added security do you think it would make a difference if I only botted on the windows side and then played my main account only from the Mac side?

Do you know if this will register diff on Blizz's end or am I SOL regardless because of the I.P address?
