Yay another patch. No wow for a few days. NOT A COMPLAINT THREAD!

Last time I played maually, LK( 25 HM pre-nerf) was at 10% when I hit the power off button.

Night all, HB will be dead when I wake. We will play catch up when they are back in business.

Too bad when you wake up your HB account will also be dead.

But on a serious note: I am with the guys above, I don't see how someone who contributes as much as Botanist could have gotten banned.

hey,

can you people still open with wow natively in 32-bit mode?

I'm running in 32bit mode no problem on US servers. Patched, loaded up and logged in just fine.

Yes, once HB is released to work with 5.4.2.

You're logged in right now?? how? still says servers down for me

I dunno... maybe my realm was one of the first updated and put back online... the server is pretty dead. I would imagine that most ppl are planning on 11am (or later as with most patches) so they haven't even tried.

/sigh/

I used to love wow updates before I came across FB. Now they are my nemesis.

If you are having problems running 32 bit WoW, just rename the WoW-64.exe to something else. That is Blizzard's fix.

Or just make a shortcut to your 32-bit client on your desktop, go into properties and in the target (after the last quotationsmark in the path to the client) add a space and then type in -noautolaunch64bit

And just start the cliten from that shortcut, that way you will always start in 32bit mode, if you rename the WoW-64.exe it will be back next time you patch wow, if you do the shortcut trick, it doesnt matter if you leave the exe's intact.

You sure this works? It would be nice if it did, I have like 3x WoW-64.exe.bak right now :P

Please stop with the discussion of a Botanist's (or anybody's) ban. If this continues, we'll have to close the thread.

Moderator actions are not up for public discussion. The BosslandGmbH staff possesses much information they will not discuss or share with the Community.

cheers,

I've been using this method for over a year (eversince I started using ShadowBot). It even used during the infamous Blizzard fuckup of releasing a faulty Bettle.net launcher.
