Yars fork / Trinity fork and Trinity?

Whats the differences? a little confused.. at the moment I just use the latest version of trinity and copy trinity fork from buddyme into the trinity folder and overwrite. is that what I should be doing?

No. There's a whole /Trinity folder which is the Fork itself, you don't need the original /Trinity files.

Unfortunately the Fork works much better for me Combat wise.
