XP buff's plugin - Accelerated Learning and WoW's 11th Anniversary

Plugin use two items to get xp buff's:

Celebration Package
WoW's 11th Anniversaryn
Increases Experience and Reputation gains from kills by 11% for 1 hour.

Excess Potion of Accelerated Learning
Accelerated Learning
Experience gained from killing monsters and completing quests increased by 20%. Lasts 1 hour.
