XML Notepad problems while making a Questing Profile, details inside.

So my first problem is under vendors, It's not allowing me to capitalize Type. I've tried to capitalize the whole word, and it'll go back to all lowercase, even when I use a capitalized T it will return back to a lowercase.

Secondly; the error I am getting, not sure what is causing it or how to fix it.

Much help is needed and like always, it's very appreciated.

For some reason, when I use Type under vendor it's throws a schema error
