So I have three WoW accounts at the moment. Two farmers and my main. My main has 10 level 80s all hand levelled over my wow history and a load of alts. He has pretty much 100k gold hand made and about another 80k in items. I don't want this banned.

The other two accounts I couldn't care less about. The problem is I don't want to earn a lot of gold only to have the accounts banned. I never ever have the bot open while I'm on my main, and want to store the gold on the account.

I'm thinking trading it over must be a pretty poor method and am wondering if anyone knows how safeit is to have my main post something on AH for say 10,000 gold and buy it out on my farming chars? I know this'll lose me 5% of all my gold I make but I'll do it if it's safe. Also, does anyone have any tips for keeping my main account safe? Unfortunatly it has the same surname as my botting account (only 1 of them, the other is unlinked).

I was thinking about only logging into my main account via another PC, but I think both computers have the same external IP anyway as I go through a router.

Ask a friend from another country to log on your botting acc and buy that ah stuff that you posted from your main

I haven't sold gold in a long time, but I bot for personal gold all the time. I've traded via either mail or in person probably 200-300k gold to my main in the last 6 months and no repercussions. That includes half of that being traded through the neutral AH from the opposite faction.

Neither of the 2 bot accounts have been banned, but both have had 72 hour suspensions quite a while back, no problems on my main. As long as the accounts haven't been flagged for gold selling due to trading to a known flagged account, trading gold via in person trade, mail, or whatever should be fine. It's when you trade with gold seller accounts that have been flagged that seems to get most people. I haven't heard of too many people getting bans/suspensions from just trading gold for personal use.

Just trading large amounts of gold can't be enough to flag a person because there are plenty of characters in the game with 100k+ gold completely legit. Just don't start selling and you should be fine.

That will get your account flagged seeing as someone with an IP across the country just logged into your character and account sharing is not allowed.

Why do you even post? I haven't read one intelligent thing from you yet.

I botted and played for 6 months an account that a guy from norway made and im from hungary. Why can't you shut up and keep the shits for yourself? Thanks

Keep the shits to myself? Can you explain what that means?

Clearly English is not your native language, as you spelled "lightning" wrong in your own username.

The only reason I could think of that you would do as lightingthunder suggested is so that you could claim that your account got hacked if something happened. More than likely though the change in IP address to a completely different region would be an instant red flag.

I did trades like i said earlier, between different countries Italy-Hungary, Norway-Hungary and nothing happened, 0 suspensions

I agree, I wouldn't use an IP from another country as it would probably be flagged. However, you could always just say you were hacked - but really, why risk it?

But then you pose a risk of losing all the gold u made in previous months. I've traded in the hundred thousands and not a single flag. It's all about blizzard flagging a primary account with gold-selling. You might not notice but it takes a little while for gold sellers to be noticed. It's easier for them to hit more accounts just like ban-waves with bots.
