If you use the default questing pack that comes with the bot, you can toggle "Ignore Checkpoints" to have it do all the quests no matter what level you are.
To do so, click "Settings & Tools" on Honorbuddy, then scroll to the bottom left and click "Override Profile Settings"
After you do that, look near the bottom of that list for "Ignore Checkpoints."
