I just re dl'd the latest version. do not merge, just delete and start fresh . took all of 2 minutes.

Happened to me a couple times too.

Fixd For Me:
1) Run launcher, make sure options are set to load 32-bit wow and run in DX9
2) When running HB, right click and run as admin (even if run as admin is set in properties)
3) Before clicking login... make sure WoW is top window below the login box.

Worked for me on both my systems
