Writing New CR

Hi can someone pointed me to a guide about CR?

I was trying to find a CR for hunters, but most of them are outdated.

I looked at the existing CR others wrote for a hunter, but it looks like it would be easier to write a new one then trying to modify it for 7.3.

I found a starting guide, but I'm actually looking for the HB library, file with all the description for the function, structure, etc. that I can use in a CR.

Yah I found that one too. It's not what I'm looking for. That guide is intro to coding. Not enough info to write a CR. I'm looking for a guide or a file with HB library.
