its safe. they just need to verify you are who you say you are w/ a bill, id, and ur acct info. I dont like the process, but its good if you want to buy more than 1 acct

I used paypal (Twice now) and to verify they called my sell (Some automated system) with a code that I entered, and now it takes 5-10min to get a key.
