Sorry, I'm not sure where to put this, but I just want it out there so it'll help other people with the same problem I had.
My motherboard came with a program called "VirtuMVP" that apparently increases performance for games. I had it on for WoW, and everytime I started the HB launcher, WoW would change from Aero to Basic color scheme, which wouldn't allow me to use the HB overlay that I needed for a routine. This was due to VirtuMVP's "Hyperformance" that I guess disabled Aero so WoW would perform better.
So if you have VirtuMVP, Disable it for WoW or uninstall it.
It took me a while to realize it was VirtuMVP causing the problem because it runs in the background and I had just installed it when I built my computer and forgot about it.
