Wow runs fine until i launch HB

ok so im a long term user

launch wow
choose char
start hb
now it freezes every few secs
my system is more then adequate to run wow
wow and hb run in high propriety

any idea guys

i disable all plugins after i got that message and disabled all addons still had the problem

Tony its still doin it ive have closed synapse and riva tuner but they have never affted my hb in the past 3 years never this has litterly started after maintance last night
