Wow lags out

Not sure if its wow or a HB issue but after that tripwire event my wow has froze up on different occasions and dc'd here is a log if you want it to see and all im doing is tanaan dailies

use dx9 instead and set wow process on a higher than normal priority

what does setting wow at a higher process then normal mean and where do i go to find that?
