Just about everything you have posted is dead wrong...

There's not a single report, not one...I can show you 100 threads of people coming back from bans having all their gold stripped, and I can show you 100 threads of people coming back from bans without being removed from guilds and not a single thing in guild banks being touched...And I can remember 2 threads total since the day these forums were opened of people complaining about their guilds being disbanded.

Why do you think that there's literally 100's of posts on here telling people to store gold in guild banks? Is everyone just wrong or are you wrong....You've spent weeks on here reading threads, too...How have you missed all these posts telling people to store gold in guild banks if they want to keep it safe?

Blizz is NOT handling bans during a banwave any differently right now either. It's been the same old business that it's been for the last 2 years. And if you say they are, go ahead and show me how they are handling them different. 1 thread does not prove anything for a couple reasons: 1. it was not during a banwave. 2. it's extremely clear that a GM did a full on investigation into the account, which a normal GM will not spend the time doing.

well personal in legion only, ive had 5 guild banks disbanded and stripped. when i got the ban hammer on several times.

Your story isn't really adding up...

Lets say you've lost 150 legion accounts since Nov 10...Each account costs around $40, which is the low side of the cost of an account and that doesn't even count your other operating costs...That's $6000...Are you really saying you're making $18,000-$24,000 a month selling gold? That's pretty hard to believe. You're making $250k+ a year selling gold?

21 days without ban = huge

this month only lost 37 so far, so its easy 3-4 times now this month, who knows what happens the next days

wont post any numbers rly, ppl get the wrong impression, its not that easy, a lot of work and shit

but still profit, only if blizzard starts banning them every 1-2 days, then it gets rough to break even > lose

thats not the point of my "story" just want a valid argument what i did / do wrong, if nobody can give ma a reasonable answer, i stay to my theorie

If you earn that much your bank would raise a huge alarm and you would be forced to declare where all that money is coming from. You would have to pay taxes and in worst case scenario end up in jail for tax evasion.

You said you spent 3750 € (that's bare minimum and doesn't count other expenses) on accounts and lost them all, and you made 3-4 times that...That's 11,00-15,000 a month or still 150k+ a year.

Are you really claiming you're making that much a year selling gold?

True in almost all countries a bank will have to give information about you to authorities if you reach an amount (depends on country). Then there will be an investigation to be sure this not money from drugs, weapon, terrorism etc... Even if you pay income tax on it. I know this for a fact.

There's also other serious flaws with your story. If you really are making that much, why are you having issues saying how much you've actually made? There's only 2 possible reasons:
