Wow Game Client Crashes when HB launches

I am hoping someone can help with this...

The Game Client crashes immediately when I launch HB. I have already done the following:
1) Clean installed HB.
2) Cleaned out all caches.
3) Disabled antivirus
4) Updated video driver

Any other suggestions would be welcome!

HB only crashes with one of my accounts. Other accounts work fine with HB.

follow the instuctions here on how to clear your caches.

after that run the wow repair tool from your wow or battle.net launcher to make sure your wow installation is complete.
