Closing my amd gaming thing fixed the issue. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yepe, AMD Evolve was culprit. I uninstalled Raptr and it fixed the issue. Thanks for suggestion.

If you use team viewer try exiting it, it was causing the same problem for me.

was working fine before this update

after that run the wow repair tool from your wow or battle.net launcher to make sure your wow installation is complete.
