WOW Crash everytime i try to start HB on 32bit wow

as the title says, wow crashes everytime i attempt to log into HB

im using 32bit wow

and ive downloaded the new HB

is there something im missing?

So ive followed the guide exactly, downloaded and installed the

Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

and Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

was apparently already on my computer.

I doubled checked i was opening with the 32bit game, and it was in window mode.

I downloaded the newest honorbuddy available..unzipped it, and logged into honorbuddy with my key

it then downloaded the latest version through cmd

then i relogged into honor buddy and immedatly i had the same crash of wow as i have been.

"ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception"

i had this to with dx9 i changed it to dx 11 and it worked

clear your settings folder and try again

my settings folder? where do i find that

In your Honorbuddy folder!

i deleted the entire folder and redownloaded, and changed to directx9 in game preferences

and was able to log into honorbuddy without crashing.
