wow closed when login

i used to boting with HB2
but after i updated it,everytime i try to login, wow crashed
with a error report

could not read bytes from 02000bbde [299]

using win7 64
i areadly used BuddyPrequisitesWizard to install net 4.0 and c++ 2010x86

please tell me how to fix it

if you are in dx9 try dx11 and vice versa

it works now!!with directx9.0
