WoW Client crashes

It looks like if I don't stop HB before I close it then when I close the WoW client there's a crash message and it sends a report back to Blizzard.

I didn't notice a little check box on the crash dialog to send report to blizz which is checked by default and I'm sure there have been a couple such reports sent back from my clients.

Idk if it means anything to me/us but we'll see.

theres no information in the crash logs. so it wont matter. if thats the issue.
