Hey guys i've been botting on D3 for a long time now and the economy is pretty much dead. So i've been looking for other games to make $ on and I have a few questions about WoW botting. (I do play WoW and know pretty much everything about it just not botting)

  • About how much gold does the average bot bring in an hour?
  • What are the highest GPH profiles? (where do they farm)
  • Is there a big risk in getting banned? (compared to D3... Very high chance in D3 if you bot to get banned)

Thanks!

It's not like in D3 where you run a profile and you automatically have an average gold per hour. The amount of gold gained per hour, day, week all varies from strategy to strategy and the amount of risk you're willing to take.

There goes much more work in making gold in warcraft then there is in D3. You'll typically farm herbs and ore

What to do with Herbs
  • Glyphs
  • Inks
  • Potions
  • Bulk Sell

What to do with Ore
  • Prospect
  • Transmute bars
  • Bulk Sell
  • Craft items

I no longer bot for gold and I don't remember the daily average. Sorry mate!

it varies highly depending on what sells on a specific server, but i would say for me, botting for around 2-3 hours with break every 2-3 hours i get about 10k a day, and that's mostly just selling the ore and herbs, i don't usually turn herbs into pots or flasks unless i have an over abundance of herbs, which happens sometimes, ore on my server sells easily.

gold earned per hour is relative to the amount of time you have to invest in botting. you will need to dedicate a portion of your day to working the bot/bots. there is very little that is afkable and the parts that are [GB2 and BGBuddy] tend to get you banned faster.

the faster you farm, the more NPH, the higher risk. and the fact that no one really knows how blizz decides to ban makes the risk even more random. there is only one hard fact: do the same thing every day, you will get banned, period.
