WOW Absolute lowest graphics settings config

I've been searching, but does anyone know/have the settings for changing wow's config file to make the graphics the lowest possible?

there was a macro in the gatherbuddy forum a very long time ago (1.5 years ago)... i'm sure you can google it

I want to say I saw a 3 button macro on, either here or on mmowned (not for sure which one, cause I check both out) that you had to hit in sequence and even change according to how many cores you have. Wish I could remember, but I am getting old and lucky to remember all my passwords.

Some CVar minimum values changed though.
i know that at least farclip has a minimum of 150 now, back when i used it at 30 wow ran like a breeze =(

Isn't there a way to change the config so I don't have to macro everytime?
