BAR 3 Settings:

Key 1 = Macro 1

/use crystallized shadow
/use crystallized fire
/use crystallized earth
/use crystallized water
/use crystallized air
/use crystallized life
/use {Name of your mount}

Key 2 = Zapthrottle for farming clouds ( Engineering 305+ & Zapthrottle quest )

Key 3 = Eat

Key 4 = Drink

Key 5 = Greater Heal

Key 6 = Macro 2

/castsequence reset=combat/target  Renew, Power Infusion, Renew, Pain Suppression, Renew, Shadowfiend

Key 7 = Power Word: Shield

Key 8 = Macro 3

/castsequence reset=combat Holy Fire, Smite, Smite, Smite, Penance

Key 9 = Inner Fire

Key 0 = Power Word: Fortitude

why disc over shadow? yes, I know using this will save you in 95% of situations

Because my shadow priest can kill the mobs 2-3, while the priest discipline to cope with 5-6 or more, and much faster
