starting wow botting

you guys say botting in W0w is more profitable than diablo?
I've never played wow, hoping to test it if I can . . I know this game has sub model, and risky than d3. some feedback would be great :)

Ok, first thing is first are you trying to make a living off it? If so you going to need some money to invest and quite abit of it if you want to make a decent amount. Now more profitable from my point of view "WAS" D3 but the AH is getting removed next patch so there will be no point in botting in D3 unless you want more toons/items for yourself.

With WoW you can make some money but you will also need to invest some money then it takes time to build on that and get a return, if you dont get banned in the process. At the moment I bot for fun and just to help my guild out and friends I did bot for money years ago when it was a lot better for pricing today its just pocket cash.

I am not saying you cant make a living off it but plan on how you are going to start out and how much you need to spend while playing it safe :)

I basically know nothing abuot the game, so i might start off playing it for primarily in the first month.. do ppl bot 6-12hours in a casual manner or just go 24/7?
I'm not trying to make a living off of it, but I want to see if i can make 100 bux a month per account though i only played d3 so there is a learning curve

is it a good idea to bot in high pop servers? Why are there more Hordes than Alliances on some servers?
If there are more ppl playing horde, does it equal to more demand in gold?

I bot on alot of high populated servers, these days it does not matter since the cross realm system is in place meaning low pop and high pop are merged at certain area's in WoW. Now for the faction it is up to you on what side you want to go I have bots on both sides on the same realm becuase while one side in demand while the other side is not. I mostly sell my gold on the high pop side since there is more demand.
