Someone has to take it all the way once a court rules it will either be allowed or not and if its allowed blizzards hands would be tied and they wouldn't be able to keep bringing lawsuits against sites for doing it. Someone has to have the leadership and the strength to make the courts set a precedent or blizzard will just keep running you out of business with litigation.

If you look at how many gold sites are already up. What he does will not be an issue. They have to prove he committed a crime or wrong doing. He is providing a SERVICE, that service is not illegal to my knowledge anywhere in the US or Europe.

The difference is, that most of them are in timbuktu or hard to reach. He won't be and if he does too well he will get the hit. Also they don't need to proof anything to get you through all the legal stuff. They need to proof it if they want you to pay a fine, or stop your business. To harass you they don't need to.

You're joking right ? You know how much you make just from selling 150m gold a day at 1.8 per m ? Now imagine selling 10-20 times that a day 1500 gold per day x lets say 1.2 = $1800 per day show me a janitor making that lol. Just FYI math wise that's $657k a year fuck even pay the taxes so the IRS stays away.

Before you say no one sells that much I had 4 chinese buyers saying they will buy any amount every day. These people are buying over 10b gold a day and reselling it.
