Would moving your company to Panama or Netherlands make a difference?

I did some web developing stuff and most of the servers in those countries ignore american laws such as DMCA, same with sweden, they seem like they don't give a shit about any US laws.

Explain Piratebay's repeated injunctions...
I don't think Bossland's heart can take it if Blizzard serves him injunctions, raids and servers seizures every week.

no, hawker goes to bed at 9pm

the rest of us stay up until 1 or 2 and make fun of him

then he qq's when he wakes up at 6am =P

Hawker seems like a very leveled headed person. I remember when I couldn't get something working and came here raging like an ignorant moron; he responded to my thread in a calm fashion and actually helped me. Needless to say, I felt like such a prick and will be forever humbled by that experience.

Hope the legal things work out for your company and I would hope the botting community would support the bot movement by not begging for refunds.

Nononono, don't move it to the Netherlands.
When DB get's back up and running, we don't want the great developers to be stoned of the legal weed everyday. :)
i 'm from the Netherlands an i have never smoke weed :3
yes its legal but we don't all smoke weed everyday
but its always fun to hear that i 'm always stoned :3

Nice monitors brother.....little messy but nice. I have a 36inch in the middle and 2 24 inch monitors on each side. I love the multimonitor set up. mine is on slide rails and arms so i can move it any direction and adjust them. I even have Television coming to one of the montiors i just switch the imput on it and can watch my DVR stuff hehe.

There you have it, you are confirming something that is not real. Weed is NOT legal in the Netherlands, it is allowed. Nowhere in the Dutch law can you find something that remotely says weed is legal. The thing just is that you won't get arrested if you carry <= 5 grams of weed. Neither are we allowed to mass produce weed, one can only have 3 female marihuana plants for own use, not to sell or distribute.

Sorry for off-topic just trying to clear out a HUGE misunderstanding. So once again, weed in the Netherlands is NOT legal, it is allowed.

I believe that you are confused about how laws work.

Laws don't state what you "can do", only lists of what you "can't do".

'The right to bear arms'...
'Freedom of Speech'..

Meh. Nevermind. I'm not arguing this. Lol.

Yeah, you should see my room

Here are a couple of older pics:

What kind of Saab do you have (or had, I see the key on your desk which looks exactly like mine)? I drive a 2006 9-3 2.0T but it is getting up there in miles.

i don't know about your country, but in mine the government can only do things that the law permits and people anything that it does not forbid
it's called the principle of 'legality' here
