Would moving your company to Panama or Netherlands make a difference?

Our company is in Germany and we are advised that what we do is legal.
 
Nononono, don't move it to the Netherlands.
When DB get's back up and running, we don't want the great developers to be stoned of the legal weed everyday. :)

Well yes, it probably would make a difference.
I know of several companies who done such a thing, one to state is "Rapidshare".

PS: Rapidshare has NOTHING to do with Demonbuddy btw. Just stating companies that have left parts of germany to get away from lawsuits and such.

Wouldn't that mean an increase in workload for the remaining employees?
I mean Kick has to spam Teleport and Mirror Images to keep up between HonorBuddy, BuddyWing and DemonBuddy?

I did some web developing stuff and most of the servers in those countries ignore american laws such as DMCA, same with sweden, they seem like they don't give a shit about any US laws.

asia sites sell gold, they sell items, selling keys sell everything and bli$$ cant do anything.
