Probably. The Anti-Warden mechanism may not updated with the latest Diablo 3 patch/service patches.
I wouldn't risk it.
That's why after a patch, we wait a while to make sure the bot is safe to use, then go ahead.
I can't tell you how many people are greedy and bot right when servers come up after a patch, and get flagged.

This is correct.
There were no "Anti-Anti-Cheats" in these updates.
Leave everything how it is.
Also, could you post about the issues you were having with the latest release, and the relevant logs (if you still have them)?
I was having issues where it would work for a bit and then as soon as I started sarkoth again it wouldnt move after looting the body, just stayed at finding path for like 10 minutes. Tried reinstalling and it wasnt working. Downgrading fixed it, ill try and find logs.
