WOT CLIENT stopped immideately after i start tankleader

my current version of wog is 8,11 , 627

everytime i open tank leader and klick start button, my wot client stop immideately, i already try to install the lattest patch from this forum, but this forum version is 629

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
