Wortham Merchant Rare Quest

Can anyone please help me, been testing this and its not working for me, although other profiles work just fine. It brings me to the portal, goes through it and just logs out (doesnt port). I know its not detecting the event quest because I ran to the merchant (who was there), then started the bot from town and it entered the portal and just restarted game.

Any ideas? Was there anything i needed to set before starting this other than the proper quest? Using a mage level 10 if that matters.
 
Thank you so much for this. I haven't received any merchants personally but it seems to work as described. Not a single problem on my end. I can see it potentially getting stuck on rare occasions seeing the terrain is fairly awkward in that particular spot but other than that it looks like the fastest EXP + Gold you can get right now if you're lucky of course.

It may be nerfed to the point where it gives a set amount of gold/exp or a rarer chance of finding the merchant. Other than that, doubt it. That's like saying "oh, let's remove the rare spawns in the game!" that's pointless. It's a random quest with good gold/exp rewards and has almost the same rarity of a rare spawn.
 
so then you are retarded. just leveled a monk with this in 1,5 hours. dont expect the quest always be there... like described in first post.

You're not retarded. You might just be having bad luck. If they did patch it the worse they can do is disable the merchant quest after a certain point or before a certain point similar to how they patched uhhh...that one golem thing I can't remember the name on the top of my head but yeah. Once you reached a certain point he stopped dropping.

Other than that I cannot confirm that it's been fixed or patched.

Does anyone have the same issue or a fix to what's happening with my bot? It's just leaving game after porting to outside of the cavern. It's clearly not accurately checking for the quest since I've gone 150 games w/finding it. And on games it wants to leave, I've manually found the event npc.

ohh I wasn't talking about the profile..the profile rocks..made tons of gold...I mean the bot keeps crashing..
 
well it's working now again..would be still awesome if he could add the telport thing for this..as I posted at/on page 18 x

Re-install DB and see if it works.

Edit: Tested with Barb's Leap, need skills of other characters

"Dashing Strike" is the skill for the monk <3
I think Monks are the best for farming this anyways, since they can have 35%movement speed
