***NOTICE OF LICENSE TERMINATION***

Account: WOW1
Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software

Blizzard has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software.

These programs (commonly called cheats, bots, and hacks) automate certain aspects of gameplay, or provide unintended advantages and abilities to the player. This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment.

Blizzard reserves the right to terminate access for conduct of this nature, with or without warning, as noted in the World of Warcraft Terms of Use:
Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use

This page contains details on how suspensions are appealed and reviewed:

Regards,
Blizzard Entertainment

The account was banned when it was offline.. !!!!!!!! (after 30hrs from the last time it was online)

The account was frozen for a year and it was banned after 4 days after adding game time..

I used HBRelog with 2~3hrs play time and 3~4hrs idle..

And there are 2 other bots on the same PC (1 is lvling(85-90 kicks) and other 1 is farming Ore's) but none got banned.

This is crazy...!

I maybe can appeal and tell them that i came back to WoW and im farming my ass out to get some gold and not using any cheats!

Greetings,

Thank you for your ticket and my apologies for not being able to catch you online to talk.

World of Warcraft - Account Reviewed

Account Name: WOW1
Reason: Exploitation
Details: Third Party Software

The actions above have been deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft, and resulted in the closure of your account. After a thorough review we have determined that the World of Warcraft license will not be permanently closed at this time. However, the account will be suspended for 72 hours.

After this suspension has ended you will be able to login normally, also remember to login to the account page first to refresh the status. Bear in mind that future violations against our policies may lead to further actions, up to and including permanent closure of the license.

While the suspension is in place, we would recommend taking a moment to review the policies in the game at <https://battle.net/support/article/100644>.

If you have additional questions or concerns, please reply to this ticket. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Regards,

I just got this..... after my appeal..

Definitely a 72-hour ban would be a hell of alot better then a perma ban. Good job getting it down :)
